Yes, changes to your reservation can be made based on availability at the time of your request. You are able to make changes to your reservation such as the number of drivers or date/time, or even the course.
However, if you wish to make changes or cancel your booking within 6 days prior (Japan Standard Time) to your activity date, our Cancellation Policy will apply.
Yes. Our standard insurance plan with basic coverage is indeed included in the tour fee, but you will have to pay a deductible if there are any kart damages due to bumping, scratching, rough driving or accidents. The deductible of 50,000 JPY/vehicle will be billed right after the tour.
The standard insurance plan covers:
・odily Injury (other than driver) : Limited to 80,000,000 JPY
・Property Damage : Limited to 20,000,000 JPY
・Driver Injury: Limited to 5,000,000 JPY
Therefore, we highly recommend our valuable customers choosing the full coverage insurance plan when making the reservation online or at the shop with an additional fee.
The full coverage insurance plan covers:
・Bodily Injury (other than driver) : Unlimited
・Property Damage : Unlimited
・Kart Damage : Unlimited
・Driver Injury: up to 30,000,000 JPY

My husband and I, along with our two kids, had a blast on the go-kart tour! The route was perfect for families, and the kids really enjoyed the excitement of zooming through the streets. The guide was great with the kids and made sure we were all safe and having fun. The views of Tokyo were spectacular, and we took plenty of pictures along the way. Highly recommend it for families visiting Tokyo!
This tour was an absolute blast! We got to see some of Tokyo’s most iconic landmarks, like the Tokyo Tower, while driving through Shinagawa in go-karts.
